How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, tap Proceed to Checkout, enter your delivery address and choose a payment method. You will get an order number immediately.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh. Some high-value items may require advance payment.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 days.
How do I track my order?
Open My Account → My orders, or use the Track Order page with your order number and mobile number.
How do I return an item?
Open the delivered order in My Account and tap "Request a return" within the return window shown on the product page.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled from My Account until they are packed. Contact support if you need help.
